Scott Missad, founder of Agility Group LLC, started his company with the idea of tackling the beauty business from a whole new vantage point. With his vast knowledge and experience in the industry, he wanted to create a company that brought innovation and new revenue streams to salons. While testing the various types of hairspray trajectories in the R&D lab, he came across a difficult problem – hairspray residue. This is what prompted the question, “Can you make something that will lift up this hardened overspray?” With the knowledge of highly trained chemists and specialized surfactants, they developed a formula that would soon change the way salons are cared for across the country. Five short months later, Agility Group launched their first product now known as Dissolve® Cleaner.
